A delightful antique Tibetan leather Chuckmuck purse with flint striker. Ornamented on the front with brass metalwork in the form of a stylised peacock. The top has a suspension hoop to allow it to be hung from a strap. A great piece with a lovely usage patina.
Origin: Collected in Tibet in the 1980s and part of the Stone Routes Collection.
