A rare Bixbite gemstone amulet that displays a stone carving of the Buddha Amitabha. It has been beautifully framed with hand beaten 22 kt gold in the ancient Roman style. There is a suspension hoop at the apex to allow it to be strung on a necklace.
Bixbite is also known as Red Emerald and it is considered to be the rarest gemstone of the Beryl family. This piece is hand carved with Amitabha Buddha on the front side and the back has been faceted.
