We kindly ask all customers to allow for postal delays during this challenging time. We are shipping orders as quickly as possible, however, the postal system may be delayed in your country or region due to the Coronavirus. Overseas customers should continue to check the status of your parcel online with the tracking number provided. If you have not received your order within 14 'business' days it is likely that there are still delays in your country and your parcel will be delivered as soon as possible. Overseas customers should be aware that the status of the parcel will not update on the Royal Mail website until it clears customs in your country. - We are able to take phone calls between 12 noon and 6 pm ~ Mon to Fri (London GMT).
Please leave a message on our answerphone if we are not available to take your phone call. Someone will phone you back as soon as possible. We are unable to return your call if you are outside of the UK.
Unfortunately we are not able to answer phone calls after 6 pm, and also at the weekend or on UK public bank holidays.
