Please also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation of your order. We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and so please also check your spam folder if you have not received a response within this time.
- If we are available, we can take phone calls between 12 noon and 6 pm ~ Mon to Fri (London GMT). Please be aware that we are not able to man the phone at all times.
Please leave a message on our answerphone if we are not available to take your phone call. Someone will phone you back as soon as possible. We are unable to return your call if you are outside of the UK and so please send us an email if you need further information.
Unfortunately we are not able to answer phone calls after 6 pm, and also at the weekend or on UK public bank holidays.
