A delightful strand of antique Nagaland glass beads that imitate carnelian. The beads have a wonderful usage patina from being worn and handled over many yeares. It is hard to distinguish some of the glass beads from genuine carnelian because they look and feel like stone. Some of the smaller disc shaped beads might actually be crafted from carnelian. The round faceted glass beads are particularly nice examples.
