A beautiful antique leather belt from central Tibet and typically seen in the regions of Gyantse and Samye. The front includes a delightful ornamental silver plaque that is mounted with coral. The leather is is studded with silver dome shaped buttons.
Origin: Collected in Tibet in the 1980s and part of the Stone Routes Collection.
