A stunning antique Tibetan silver hair ornament or pendant. The overall condition is very good with a lovely patina from being worn and handled. The elongated shape represents a conch shell, an important symbol of the Dharma. Collected in the Salween Valley region, North East of Lhasa. Inlaid with antique turquoise cabachons. Probably the nicest example of its type that we have ever seen!
