This ancient agate bead displays greyish white decorated lines and is completely opaque. Usually Tasso dZi beads display a single black/brown wavey stripe and are more barrel shaped, so this bead is unusual in being larger and having white decoration. In fact it might be more accurate to call this a pure dZi with a zig zag or Tasso-like decoration. The greyish lines possibly indicate that this bead was once damaged by fire.
