Fine Art Thangka Print by Flera Birmane.
Vajravarahi or Dorje Palmo - 'the diamond sow'. She is the supreme dakini of the Vajrayana and is considered a wrathful form of the Queen of Dakinis, Vajrayogini. Vajravarahi is the root of all emanations of dakinis and the embodiment of the union of bliss and emptiness. This form of Vajravarahi is one of the special practices of the Kagyu Tradition and arises from Chakrasamvara cycle of tantras belonging to the Wisdom (Mother) class of Anuttarayoga Tantra.
